Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 1 cup Canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Serve with whipped cream on top.
