Ingredients
  • 1 box White cake mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Red gel food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon Blue gel food coloring
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 container Whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the batter equally into three separate bowls. Leave one bowl plain, add red gel food coloring to one bowl, and blue gel food coloring to the other bowl. Mix each bowl until the color is evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the plain batter into the prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of the red and blue batter randomly on top of the plain batter. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, making sure it fills the holes.
  7. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  8. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cake, covering the entire surface.
  9. Decorate the top of the cake with fresh strawberries and blueberries in a patriotic pattern.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
