  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix well.
  4. Add the cooked wheat grains, candied citron, and candied orange peel to the ricotta mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the ricotta mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  8. In a blender, puree the strawberries, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
