Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Crab meat
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Roasted red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, roasted red pepper, chives, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized cakes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the crab cakes until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with roasted pepper-chive aioli or your favorite dipping sauce.
