Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pancake mix
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2 medium Apples
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  4. Slice the cream cheese into thin slices and arrange them on top of the batter.
  5. Peel and slice the apples. Arrange the apple slices on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
  7. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the top of the cake.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 30 minutes.
  10. Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
