  • 800 gram Organic Apples
  • 150 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 120 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 100 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 unit Pie Crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Peel, core, and slice the organic apples.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  5. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Dot the top of the pie with small pieces of unsalted butter.
  7. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust or create a lattice pattern.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
