  1. Crush the Oreos and set aside.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the crushed Oreos. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the springform pan.
  7. Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
