  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the crushed Oreo cookies.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and let it cool slightly.
  7. Gradually add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  8. Fold in the whipped cream.
  9. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
  10. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  12. Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream.
