  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Spread the vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust.
  5. Freeze the cake for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, remove the cake from the springform pan and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
