Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and orange zest.

In a separate bowl, mix together the orange juice, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
