  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the garbanzo flour, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
