  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, orange zest, orange juice, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips.
  6. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie by weaving the strips over and under each other.
  7. Brush the lattice crust with egg wash.
  8. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
