Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the orange cake mix, orange gelatin, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and orange juice. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake is cooled, spread the whipped topping evenly over the top.

Sprinkle the orange zest on top for garnish.
