  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 200 gram Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grate the zest of the oranges and set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the orange zest. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
