Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in the sour cream.

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
