Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, orange zest, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, honey, and orange juice until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
