Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the olive oil and almond milk. Stir until just combined. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly for about 1 minute. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch (3 cm) and cut out biscuits using a round cookie cutter. Place the biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
