Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookies. Place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies turn golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
  7. Once cooled, the okara cookie base is ready to be used as a base for cakes or enjoyed on its own.
