Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Oil
  • 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the okara, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
