Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1.5 cup Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the okara, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
