Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the okara and tofu until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate mixture, coating it completely.
  6. Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
