Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish.

In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Add the egg mixture to the oat mixture and stir until well combined.

Stir in raisins and chopped nuts.

Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
