Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup Buttercream frosting
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the milk.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
  11. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom side of one cookie and sandwich it with another cookie.
  12. Repeat with the remaining cookies.
  13. Optional: Decorate the edges of the cookies with buttercream frosting.
