Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and dried apricots.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
