Ingredients
  • 6 ounce Dark chocolate
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 4 scoop Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the greased ramekins.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top of each cake.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly gooey.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
