Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.

Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring constantly.

Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the greased ramekins.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top of each cake.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly gooey.
