Ingredients
  • 300 gram Shortcrust pastry
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 250 gram Ricotta cheese
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a greased pie dish.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked spinach mixture to the cheese mixture and stir well.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared pie dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  9. Allow the pie to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
