This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add vegetable oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the bowl. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup about 3/4 full with the batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
