Ingredients
  • 2 cup Graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 bag Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1 bar Chocolate bar
Instructions
  1. Crush the graham crackers and mix them with melted unsalted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips together.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the melted marshmallow mixture into the whipped cream.
  6. Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, remove the cake from the pan and garnish with chocolate bar shavings.
