  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. Arrange mandarin orange segments on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the mandarin orange segments.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
