In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Arrange mandarin orange segments on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the mandarin orange segments.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
