• 1 box Chocolate cake mix
• 1 box Instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 cup Sour cream
• 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
• 4 large Eggs
• 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup Whipped cream
• optional for garnish Chocolate shavings

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Once the cake is cooled, spread the whipped cream evenly over the top.
8. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
9. Let the cake rest for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
