  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounce Low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
