  • 1.5 cup Pie Crust
  • 2 cup Wild Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Mystery Ingredient
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the wild blueberries, mystery ingredient, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the filling with small pieces of butter.
  6. Cover the pie with the second pie crust and seal the edges. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
