Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 500 gram Ricotta cheese
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 50 gram Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and flour. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Grease a pie dish and line it with the pie crust. Pour the ricotta mixture into the crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the ricotta pie at room temperature or chilled.
