  1. In a food processor, combine flour and salt. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Drizzle ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and pulse until dough starts to come together.
  3. Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). On a floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a pie dish.
  5. Press the dough into the pie dish, trimming any excess. Prick the bottom and sides with a fork.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before filling.
