Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 400 gram Mushrooms
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 30 gram All-purpose flour
  • 300 milliliter Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  5. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir well.
  6. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  7. Season with thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Pour the mushroom mixture into the pie crust.
  9. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust or puff pastry.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  11. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
