Ingredients
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coffee powder
  • 10 unit Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
  • 50 gram Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a square baking pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, and coffee powder. Mix until well combined.
  6. Crush the Oreo cookies and fold them into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the top of the brownies.
  11. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  12. Let the brownies rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  13. Cut into squares and serve.
