Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Chocolate cookies
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt. Add the melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture. Mix well.
  3. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow the pie to cool for 2 hours at room temperature.
  4. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top.
