  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top, making sure to cover all the ingredients.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
