Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.

Stir in ground cumin, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add tomato paste and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and line a pie dish with it.

Pour the chicken mixture into the pie dish.

Pour the beaten eggs over the chicken mixture.

Cover the pie with the second sheet of puff pastry.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
