  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a coffin-shaped baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. While the cake is baking, prepare the chocolate pudding according to the instructions on the box and refrigerate until set.
  5. Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the pan and place it on a serving platter. Cut off the top of the cake to create a flat surface.
  6. Spread a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the cake, then place the top of the cake back on.
  7. Frost the entire cake with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  8. Crush the Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the top of the cake to resemble dirt.
  9. Place the gummy worms on top of the cake, sticking them partially into the cake.
  10. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving.
