Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top.

Sprinkle paprika over the mashed potatoes.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
