Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 4 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease two ramekins.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate together in the microwave.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while whisking continuously.
  5. Sift in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt. Fold gently until well combined.
  6. Divide the batter equally between the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers still appear slightly undercooked.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest in the ramekins for 5 minutes.
  9. Carefully transfer the cakes onto serving plates. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
