Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 1 cup Molasses
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine molasses, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, cornstarch, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the molasses mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with whipped cream.
