Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.

In a blender, combine the fresh lime juice, mint leaves, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, white rum, lime zest, and remaining granulated sugar. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
