Ingredients
  • 300 gram Silken tofu
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a blender, blend the silken tofu until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended tofu, all-purpose flour, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, slice and serve.
