  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water, then add it to the butter mixture along with the milk. Mix well.
