  2. In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  6. Mix in the milk and dissolved coffee mixture.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  8. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan.
  10. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  12. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
