  2. Gradually add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into discs. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the mixed berries with cornstarch and lemon juice until well coated.
  5. Roll out each dough portion into a circle on a lightly floured surface. Spoon the berry mixture onto one half of each circle, leaving a border around the edges. Fold the other half of the dough over the berries and press the edges to seal.
