Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Chocolate cookies
  • 6 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the melted chocolate and flour to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
  6. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for 2 hours.
  10. Serve with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
